The 100% Arriba Cacao is derived from pure Heirloom Ecuador Arriba Nacional Cacao beans. This cacao is grown in high-elevation volcanic soil that is brought down from the mountainous regions via donkey back. The True Arriba Cacao trees are a minimum of 30 years old, and some have been growing for more than 80 years!

Mix cacao butter with varying amounts of cocoa powder and sweetener to make solid pieces of chocolate. Cocoa butter is one of the most stable fats known, containing natural antioxidants that prevent rancidity and give it a storage life of two to five years. Vital enzymes and nutrients remain intact, maintaining nature's original healing intent of this "Food of the Gods".
